We strive to accommodate changes to ensure your home is exactly how you envision it. Please note that changes may cause delays depending on their complexity. Changes are implemented once we agree on the details, confirm they comply with local codes, and all parties sign an addendum.
Changes that cause additional costs or overages are addressed at the time of selection. Typically, an addendum is signed to document the overage, along with payment.
